Property 360, a platform by Out2Sol, connects property seekers, agents, and suppliers for real estate, transport, and tour bookings. You can access it at property360.out4serve.com and through our mobile app. Our users' privacy is one of our main priorities, and this Privacy Policy is a legal document that explains what information is collected and recorded by Property 360 for its members, agents, suppliers, and visitors.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and account type (Member, Agent, or Supplier). Agents and Suppliers additionally provide business/company details as part of registration.

As you use the platform, we collect the property, transport, and tour listings you create or browse, along with the leads and inquiries you submit or manage.

Our AI-Powered Assistant

Property 360 offers an AI-powered chat assistant to help you search for properties, transport, and tours. When you choose to use this feature, the messages you type are sent to Google Gemini (Google LLC), a third-party AI service provider, so that it can generate a helpful response. We do not send your payment details to the assistant.

AI Chat Feature

When you use the AI Assistant feature, the messages you send and related property information you provide are transmitted to Google Gemini, a third-party AI service provided by Google LLC, to generate responses. Google Gemini processes this data according to Google's own privacy policy [link]. We do not send data to Google Gemini unless you actively use this feature and provide consent. [If applicable] Data sent via the Gemini API is not used by Google to train their models, in accordance with Google's API data usage terms.

Using the AI Assistant is entirely your choice. The first time you open it, we show you a short notice explaining that your message will be shared with Google Gemini, and ask for your permission before anything is sent. If you'd rather not, you can decline and continue using the rest of Property 360 as normal.

WhatsApp Communications

If you choose to reach us or receive booking updates over WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are handled through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver and receive those messages. This exchange is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy, in addition to ours.

Log Files and Cookies

Like most online platforms, Property 360 uses cookies and log files to store information that helps us maintain and personalize your experience. This includes your IP address, browser/device type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and date and time stamps. This information is not individually identifying on its own, and its sole purpose is to analyze trends, administer the site, track how users move through the platform, and monitor overall performance. We restrict third parties from accessing our users' or visitors' information gathered this way.

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only where necessary to run the Service: with SADAD, Stripe, Visa, and Mastercard to process payments; with Google Gemini, only after your consent, to power the AI Assistant; with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, if you opt into WhatsApp communication; and with the specific Agent or Supplier you contact, so they can respond to your inquiry. Each of these parties is only given the minimum data needed to perform its function, and is expected to protect it to a standard consistent with this Policy.

Your Choices

You may decline the AI Assistant's data-sharing prompt and continue using Property 360 without it.
You may opt out of WhatsApp updates at any time from your Account Settings.
You may deny or revoke location permission from your device settings; core booking features still work with a manually entered location.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link included in the email.

Your Rights

You may ask us to let you access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent for AI Assistant data sharing or WhatsApp communications, or request a portable copy of your data. To do so, reach us at apps@out2sol.com.

Online Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to our online activities and is valid for visitors and users of Property 360 with regard to the information shared with us through the platform. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels other than this website and app.

Children's Privacy

Property 360 is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Out2Sol has the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve. We encourage you to revisit this page occasionally to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of Property 360 after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
